Please contact us via the "Contact Me" page or by emailing me at info@mosaicandglass.com.au for a quote on shipping costs from us to you.

If you require the item to be sent to a location outside Australia, then you will be notified of overseas charges for your order depending weight, size, and on your locality. The actual shipping costs will be advised as soon as we process and confirm your order. Orders are generally shipped within three to four working days if the item is available.

Shipping Delays

We do NOT take any responsibility for late shipment(s). However you will be notified via email when your shipment has left for delivery.

Sales Tax

Orders for delivery inside and outside Australia at this point in time will NOT include a GST charge.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from our web site. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Acceptance of your order:

If you wish to order any item on this website, you should email us to confirm availability, price and shipping costs. You will be advised how to pay by email. We must receive payment of the price of the products, and the delivery charges (if applicable) before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.

Currency

All sales are in Australian dollars. Purchasers outside Australia may find the currency converter below useful to estimate the cost in another currency.

Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card. Alternatively, payment may be made by direct bank transfer. All payments must be cleared through the bank or via Visa, Mastercard or Eftpos before the products are dispatched. The bank detail for EFT payment will be provided by email.

COD payments will be cash only, not cheque and in the Perth Metropolitan area of Western Australia only. Credit Card and Eftpos is available to all purchasers.

Availability:

All orders are subject to availability of products. If we are unable to deliver products ordered by you we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, (where you are waiting for them to be made) we will refund them to you within 60 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.

Refunds Policy

You may cancel your order for products at any time before the products have been despatched and obtain a full refund. We will want to know the reason for the cancellation so that we can endeavour to improve our service.

Returns Policy:

If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you.

Any products returned to us for a refund or exchange should be returned to us only after we have requested their return, in their original condition and carefully packaged.

When making a refund, we will credit our delivery charges if the reason for return is because of our error or if the products are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity.

To return any products contact me immediately to authorise their return. When authorised, return them to PM & EA Masters, Dramatic Glass Designs PO Box 1840 WANGARA DC WA 6947, Western Australia. You must provide me with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase preferably by email.

If you do not receive products ordered you should notify me within 30 days of the date of your order. I will deliver the products ordered or, at my option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if I have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.

If the products are returned unopened, because of a change of mind, I will credit the price of the returned products less a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the item.

Governing Law

We, (Philomena and Eric Masters of Dramatic Glass Designs) reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions. The laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia, shall govern these terms and conditions and use of the website and the user submits to the jurisdiction of the state of Western Australia with respect to any dispute relating to use of the website or content.
